Having supported the firm's former CEO in an MBO, Initiative & Finance wanted to continue the adventure, and in 2006 joined forces with Nathanaël Cornet-Philippe for an MBI.
Prestosid developed by strengthening its organizational structure and management, and in particular through the acquisition of a company from the Rhône Alpes region with certifications in the nuclear sector. Prestosid was acquired by the Eurovia group in 2014 and integrated into its demolition and asbestos removal business.
