PNY

Founded in 2012 by Rudy Guénaire and Graffi Rathamohan, PNY has developed an original restaurant concept based on premium burger recipes, number one locations and a strong digital strategy. The group currently operates 11 restaurants in Paris, Lyon, Strasbourg and Grenoble and will open in three new cities, Lille, Nantes and Bordeaux, by the end of the year.

With the support of Initiative & Finance and Generis Capital Partners, a shareholder since 2017, the group will be able to significantly accelerate its development in France and abroad, moving from one opening per year to one every seven to eight weeks. The objective within five years is to cover the entire country with 40 restaurants and to open internationally.
