OPUS FORMATION

Based in Lyon, Paris and Reims, and founded in 2004, Opus Formation is a vocational training organisation specialising in multi-site networks, specifically catering to professionals in the fast food, supermarket and retail sectors. Its activities focus primarily on apprenticeships and on-the-job training. By 2025, Opus has trained over 2,500 apprentices and supported around 1,000 young people into employment through a dedicated pre-hiring programme.

Opus has experienced strong growth in recent years, largely due to an increase in the number of learners. The company stands out in particular for its size, its focus on sectors facing significant HR challenges, its hybrid training model – in a brand-new format tailored to the day-to-day realities of franchisees – and, above all, its strong B2B focus.
