INOVELEC

Founded in 2000 by its current CEO, Jean-Philippe Guglielmi, Inovelec Group designs and manufactures electronic boards, beams and wiring, and integrated electronic products. With its 4 factories and its home design center, Inovelec is specialized in small and medium-size production for strategic sectors such as defense, medical, transport or energy.

In addition to pursue its strong organic growth thanks to its tailor-made global offer, the operation, led by Jean-Philippe Guglielmi and his management team, aims to accelerate on the build-up strategy in order to strengthen both its technical competences and its geographical expansion.

The Group also expanded in 2022 with the acquisition of Rhône-Alpes-based EMS Sudelec, then in 2023 with the integration of Groupe Servica, a cable specialist completing its offering in the southeastern part of France.
