Founded in 1930, the Briconord Group specializes in the design, manufacture (fabless) and BtoB distribution of products - such as accessories - that are essential to the realization of a home layout or improvement project.
They offer more than 3,500 products (including 12 patents) within 4 fields (floor & wall, interior joinery & decoration, kitchen and home security) sold in more than 3,000 sales point. The Group generates 60% of its revenues from exports (including 44% in the Netherlands), particularly since its acquisition in 2019 of Mac Lean, its Dutch subsidiary.
In addition to continued organic growth, the operation, organized around Christian Guillou and key executives, aims to give the Group a new size by carrying out one or more targeted external growth operations.
