Founded in 1950, the Briconord Group specializes in the design, manufacture (fabless) and BtoB distribution of products - such as accessories - that are essential to the realization of a home layout or improvement project.
They offer more than 30,000 products (including some patents) within 6 fields (floor & walls, interior joinery & decoration, kitchen, home security, screws & attachment and hardware, construction & furnishings) sold in more than 5,000 points of sale. The Group generates about 25% of its revenues from exports, in particular in the Netherlands, since the acquisition in 2019 of Mac Lean, its Dutch subsidiary.
In addition to continued organic growth, the operation, organized around Christian Guillou and key executives, aims to give the Group a new size by carrying out one or more targeted external growth operations.
