As a result of the 2013 Syscom Electronique acquisition by its current management team, Syscom Prorep is a French-Italian distributor and integrator of electronic components and sub-assemblies. Over the past 10 years, the Group has established itself as a major European player in the distribution of electronic components, thanks to sustained organic growth and an active acquisition strategy.

As a specialist in small and medium batches, Syscom Prorep markets over 50,000 referenced products for a wide range of end markets (industry, transport, aeronautics, defense, medical etc.) usually working upstream of its customers’ R&D projects to advise them. Its product offer is structured around 5 families: components, embedded systems, display solutions, connectivity and power supply.

In addition to pursuing further organic growth, the operation, led by the founders and several key managers, aims to propel the Group to new heights by executing targeted external growth operations, both domestically and internationally.
