The group was founded by Vincent Dejonghe in 2006, with the aim of making windows an interior design product. With a high-end positioning, Proferm has placed product innovation at the heart of its strategy, notably through its Textural product range, launched in 2017.
We invested as minority shareholders in Proferm in an OBO alongside Vincent Dejonghe and his partners.
The group has planned to develop through organic growth, by expanding its geographical coverage and stressing the differentiating nature of its products.
