DO IT GROUP

Founded in 2020 by four former Latélec executives, Do iT has rapidly become a specialist in EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems) engineering and services for the aerospace, space and defence sectors. Headquartered in Toulouse, with a presence in Bordeaux, Nantes and Montréal, the Group now covers the entire value chain—both upstream on first-fit aircraft programmes and, since the acquisition of PMV, downstream in the deep aftermarket segment.

Do iT now deploys highly qualified EWIS technicians, engineers and consultants – mostly specialised in EWIS - and has developed a small-series manufacturing capability for tailor-made electrical kits and harnesses for aircraft.

Carried out at the time of Initiative & Finance’s entry into the capital of Do iT, the acquisition of PMV—a specialist engineering design firm focused on aircraft modification design and certification—vertically completes Do iT’s value chain, from certification through design to production of modifications. The Group is thus ideally positioned to support OEM ramp-ups and the growth of the aerospace aftermarket. Initiative & Finance partners with management to roll out a structured development plan built on both organic growth and an ambitious M&A thesis across Europe and North America.
