Founded in 2010 by Vincent Mallet, later joined by his wife Carole Mallet, Financiale Gestion Privée (FGP) is an independent wealth management advisory firm based in Paris. The Group serves a private client base, supporting clients in the management and structuring of their wealth through a combination of financial asset management, real estate investment solutions, and high value-added wealth and tax advisory services.

With the support of Initiative & Finance, the transaction enabled the creation of an integrated wealth management platform representing more than €450m of assets under management, built around the combination of FGP with three complementary firms, including Capital Managers & Associés (CM&A), a recognised private wealth manager dedicated to high-net-worth clients. The newly formed Group benefits from a diversified client base and a business model largely driven by recurring revenues.

Initiative & Finance partners with Vincent and Carole Mallet to (i) structure a wealth management platform combining traditional wealth advisory activities with private wealth management services, (ii) accelerate a targeted buy-and-build strategy in a still highly fragmented market, and (iii) support the strengthening of the Group’s tools, processes and governance to underpin its long-term development.
