March 2025: Appointments at Initiative & Finance
In order to support its growth, Initiative & Finance welcomes four new team members as part of four newly created positions:
Hélène Messager and Gaëlle Drolez joined the middle-office team in January 2025 as Investor Relations Officer and Junior Financial Controller, respectively.
Antoine Nachon and Nicolas Boby strengthen the Smallcap ‘PME’ and Midcap ‘Tomorrow’ investment teams as Analysts, based in Lyon and Paris, respectively.

Hélène Messager joined the Investor Relations team of Initiative & Finance in January 2025. Hélène began her career in 2020 at Naxicap Partners within the Investor Relations team, where she participated in fundraising from institutional investors. Prior to that, she completed two internships in Transaction Services within the teams of KPMG and Grant Thornton. Hélène holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from IAE Paris-Est (Gustave-Eiffel).

| Gaëlle Drolez joined Initiative & Finance in January 2025 as a Junior Financial Controller, in charge of the administrative and financial monitoring of managed funds.
She discovered Private Equity during an internship at CFM Indosuez Wealth Management before continuing her professional career in portfolio management with the asset management company CFM Indosuez Gestion. Gaëlle holds a Master’s degree in Market Finance after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. |

Antoine Nachon joined Initiative & Finance’s Smallcap ‘PME’ team in July 2023 for his end-of-studies internship. He continued on a fixed-term contract as an Analyst in 2024 before being permanently appointed at the end of the year.
He began his career in mergers and acquisitions at Baker Tilly M&A, then gained insight into Private Equity during his time with Eurazeo’s Strategy & Corporate M&A team. Antoine is a graduate of the ESCP Business School’s Grande École program, which he joined after two years of preparatory classes (CPGE) at Lycée Champollion in Grenoble. |
| Nicolas Boby joined Initiative & Finance in October 2024 as an Analyst in the Midcap Tomorrow team. He previously spent two years at Andera Partners, more specifically in the « Midcap » and « Expansion » teams, on Italian and French investment opportunities. Previously, he interned in Ardian’s Growth team.
Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESCP Business School, which he joined after three years at Bocconi (Milan) during which he completed a bachelor’s degree (BSc in International Economics and Finance). |
